We love doing restaurant reviews at Coastal90.com because of places like Red Hots.  They are located on the corner of Highway 90 and Main Street in Bay St. Louis, MS.  It is tucked away next to the Shell Station.  Red Hots is a brand new restaurant, but Peter DeLeo, the owner & chef, is not new to the restaurant business.  He is a veteran restaurant owner and particular about what he serves.  He prides himself on his homemade ingredients!
